Η Ημέρα Δράσης των Blogs ( Blog Action Day ) είναι ένα ετήσιο γεγονός που ενώνει παγκόσμια τους bloggers να αναρτήσουν περίπου το ίδιο ζήτημα την ίδια ημέρα. Ο στόχος μας είναι να βελτιώσουμε την πληροφόρηση και να προκαλέσουμε μια σφαιρική συζήτηση.

Σκοπός της ημέρας δράσης των Blogς είναι να δημιουργηθεί μια συζήτηση. Ζητείται από τους bloggers να παραχωρήσουν έστω και μία ημέρα από το πρόγραμμά τους και όλοι μαζί να εστιάσουμε σε ένα σημαντικό ζήτημα.
Με αυτόν τον τρόπο την ίδια ημέρα, η κοινότητα των μπλόγκερς αλλάζει την ατζέντα στον Ιστό και στρέφει τα ακροατήρια σε όλη την υδρόγειο σε εκείνο το ζήτημα.
Το 2007 η BAD ήταν αφιερωμένη στο θέμα του περιβάλλοντος. Είδαμε τους bloggers σε περιβαλλοντικά πειράματα, απαριθμώντας καινοτόμες ιδέες σχετικά με τη δημιουργία βιώσιμων πρακτικών, και συγκέντρωσαν την προσοχή του ακροατηρίου τους στις οργανώσεις και τις επιχειρήσεις που προωθούν τις πράσινες ατζέντες και επιλογές.Το 2008 καλύψαμε το θέμα της φτώχειας. Στρέψαμε την κοινότητα του blogging σε ενέργειες γύρω από τη συζήτηση του μεγάλου αυτού προβλήματος προσδιορίζοντας καινοτόμες και απροσδόκητες λύσεις.

Αυτό το έτος στοχεύουμε να κάνουμε το ίδιο πράγμα για την αλλαγή κλίματος, ένα ζήτημα που μας απειλεί όλους.

Στην ημέρα δράσης των Blogs συμμετέχουμε όλοι. Καθένας είναι ελεύθερος να ενώσει τις δυνάμεις του και δεν υπάρχει κανένα όριο στον αριθμό αναρτήσεων, τον τύπο αναρτήσεων ή την κατεύθυνση των σκέψεων και των απόψεων.

About Blog Action Day

First and last, the purpose of Blog Action Day is to create a discussion. We ask bloggers to take a single day out of their schedule and focus it on an important issue.

By doing so on the same day, the blogging community effectively changes the conversation on the web and focuses audiences around the globe on that issue.

Out of this discussion naturally flow ideas, advice, plans, and action. In 2007 on the theme of the Environment, we saw bloggers running environmental experiments, detailing innovative ideas on creating sustainable practices, and focusing their audience's attention on organizations and companies promoting green agendas. In 2008 we covered the theme of Poverty, and similarly focused the blogging community's energies around discussing the wide breadth of the issue from many perspectives and identifying innovative and unexpected solutions. This year we aim to do the same for Climate Change, an issue that threatens us all.
